Return and Refund Policy

 

At Symphony Spread, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer refunds, returns, and exchanges under the following conditions. 

 

1. Returns 

Conditions for Return

  All returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. 

  The item must be in its original condition—unopened, unused, unmarked, and undamaged. 

  If the item was purchased as part of a set, the entire set must be returned. 

 

How to Initiate a Return?

1. Email us at [info@symphonyspread.com] with the subject: "RETURN ITEM – [Your Order Number]." 

2. Include the following details: 

   - Order Number

   - Item Name 

   - Reason for Return 

   - Photos of the Item (to verify condition) 

3. We will review your request and provide return instructions within [5] business days. 

 

2. Refunds

Refund Process

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about approval or rejection. 

  If approved: 

  - You will receive a voucher code for the product’s actual value (shipping fees are non-refundable). 

  - Alternatively, refunds may be issued to the original payment method (for easier tracking). 

  If rejected (e.g., item is used/damaged), we will resend the parcel to you. 

 

Non-Refundable Situations

  Opened or partially used products (unless defective). 

  Change of mind after purchase (unless covered under a satisfaction guarantee). 

  Products purchased during a sale or promotion (unless defective). 

 

3. Exchanges 

Conditions for Exchange

  Exchanges are allowed for wrong items received or defective products. 

  The item must be unopened and in original condition. 

 

How to Request an Exchange?

1. Email us at [info@symphonyspread.com] with the subject: "EXCHANGE REQUEST – [Your Order Number]." 

2. Provide: 

   - Order Number

   - Item Name & Reason for Exchange 

   - Photos (if applicable) 

3. We will arrange for a replacement once the original item is returned. 

 

Shipping for Exchanges 

  If the exchange is due to our error, we will cover return shipping. 

  If the exchange is due to customer preference, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. 

 

4. Dispute Resolution

  If a refund is not processed correctly, customers may dispute the transaction. 

  Symphony Spread will be liable for unresolved disputes and will resolve them promptly.
