Return and Refund Policy

Return

All return must be made within 7 days from received date. It subjects to the following terms and conditions:

• Item must be in its original purchase condition- Packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and defaced in any manner.
• Item purchased as part of a set must be returned as a whole set.

 

How to return my purchase?

Kindly email your inquiry to symphonyconfection@outlook.com with the subject “RETURN ITEM” with the following detail and we will assist you further asap.

• Order Number
• Item Name
• Reason for return
• Photos of your item

 

Refund

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you on the approval or rejection of your refund after inspection.

If your refund is approved, we will issue you a voucher code with product actual value. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, if your return is rejected, we will resend the parcel to you.
