Return and Refund Policy

At Symphony Spread, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer returns, refunds, and exchanges under the following conditions.

1. Returns

Conditions for Return

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in original condition: unopened, unused, unmarked, and undamaged.
  • Items purchased as part of a set must be returned as a complete set.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@symphonyspread.com with the subject: "RETURN ITEM – [Your Order Number]".
  2. Include your Order Number, Item Name, Reason for Return, and clear photos of the item.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide instructions within 5 business days.

2. Refunds

Refund Process

  • Once inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection via email.
  • Approved Refunds: Issued via voucher code for product value or returned to your original payment method.
  • Rejected Refunds: If the item is used or damaged, we will resend the parcel to you.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Opened or partially used products (unless defective).
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Sale or promotional items (unless defective).

3. Exchanges

Exchanges are applicable for wrong items or defective products only. Items must remain unopened. If the exchange is due to our error, we cover shipping; otherwise, it is the customer's responsibility.

4. Dispute Resolution

If a refund is not processed correctly, customers may dispute the transaction. Symphony Spread is committed to resolving all valid disputes promptly.
